| CADCON models - Iris Diaphragm Valves
CVSL Series: This single lock series has two flanges with the flexible diaphragm fitted in between. The upper flange is stationary and teh lower flange is rotated to open and close the diaphragm. CVSL seres is commonly used on Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). It has specially designed handle and lever made of polycarbonate/celcon.
CVDL Series: This double lock series has an intermediate flange which is rotated and the upper and lower flanges are held fixed. Due to the middle flange rotating through 180 degrees, there is double locking of the diaphragm.
CADCON valves are available in aluminum alloy, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. The diaphragms are available as follows.

Latex Food Grade Rubber
Nylon
