Wear Sleeve:
A wear sleeve is available as an option for both CVSL and CVDL series. This sleeve passes through the orifice of the diaphragm. The material flowing through the wear sleeve does not come in contact with the diaphragm and helps to enhance the life of the diaphragm. Wear sleeves are available in polyurethane coated nylon, latex rubber or silicone.
Pneumatically Actuated Valves:
CADCON’s CVDLP series pneumatically actuated valve has a 360 degree pneumatic rotary actuator. The body material is either aluminum alloy, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. The diaphragm is made out of polyurethane coated nylon (PUCN).
